Catherine Z. Manning Retired on June 30, 2008 as a partner with the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Most recently served as the financial effectiveness and merger integration leader for the Atlanta Advisory practice. Over 30 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, including 23 years as an auditor and nine years as an advisor to chief financial officers.
