Peter C. McGuire Vice President and Associate General Counsel Peter McGuire is vice president and associate general counsel of Century Aluminum. Mr. McGuire joined Century in 1998 after holding senior legal positions with companies involved in aluminum, biotechnology and energy.  Mr. McGuire was born in 1948.  He is a graduate of Georgetown University and holds an MBA from Wharton and a J.D. from Hastings College, University of California.
